Nike Discovery Cross Country, Kenya

It can be described as either one of two things.

1) The stampede in the Lion King

or

2) A conveyor belt of Kenyan athletes

I had a great idea to run it as fast as I can for as long as possible to see if I can get to the top and experience what it was like. But as you can see it wouldn't have been very wise. Mainly because at the stage I need to drop out, i will be surrounded by spiked athletes.

Anyway, have a look at what the "local" competition entails.

Asbel Kiprop - Olympic and World 1500m Champion Geoffrey Kamworor - Silver in World 10,000m and World XC Champion, Paul Tanui - Bronze in World 10,000m Clement Langat - Second in World Cross Country
