Re-Opening Of The Clinic
STC is delighted to be able to see new and old patients from the 29th of June 2020. The way we do things has unfortunately changed due to COVID-19. However at STC, we have always practiced a high standard of care and will continue to do so.
We understand that this can be a daunting time but rest assured that we have taken this time to educate ourselves on what needs to be done to stop the spread of COVID-19. We have laid out a few details to take on board while booking and during your appointment.
Booking
Booking an appointment is as normal - 0857879324 or evan.scully@gmail.com and by our site www.scullytherapyclinic.com
In the unfortunate chance that you can not attend, you have up to 24 hours to cancel your appointment. If you do not contact the clinic within 24 hours, there will be a 24 hour cancellation charge of €25.
Likewise, if you do not show, there will be charge of €50.
All sessions will be 60minutes duration. However, if you arrive later then the appointment time your session will regrettably run shorter.
There will be a minimum of 30 minutes between each client as to sterilise the room.
Due to the duration of time between clients, appointment slots may be limited.
A text/email will be sent on the morning of your appointment. If you unfortunately experience any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, we would ask you to follow the guidelines set out by the HSE regarding regarding COVID-19 and cancel your appointment.
Due to the current situation, we will not be able to do house calls.
Appointment
If you arrive earlier then your appointment time, please remain in your car until you receive a text. This allows us enough time to sterilise the room for the safety of both parties.
Following the HSE and governments guidelines, we ask you to wear a face mask during the duration of your appointment.
Keeping with the guidelines, I will also be using PPE gear (IE Face Masks, Face Shield)
Hand sanitisers will be in place for your use while entering and leaving as well as during your appointment if needs be.
We ask for strict hand hygiene practices to be carried out on entering, during and after your time in the clinic.
Towels will only be used on a limited basis so please come prepared with your shorts (if needed) and loose fitting clothing.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any queries about these updated guidelines.
I hope to see you soon.
